Burke Enterprises, Inc.'s computer numerical control milling machines can tackle any size project from large part capabilities down to intricate metal and plastic parts.

Our horizontal boring capacity includes all sizes up to 91" x 240", and our vertical boring mills have a maximum swing of 157".

We have planer mills that can operate on nearly any scale, in addition to our 3, 4, & 5 axis machines.

Burke's CNC lathes can work with up to a 20" diameter.

Our vertical turret lathes have a capacity of up to 72" diameter, and we have horizontal lathes with a 36" x 120" swing between centers.

Our CNC screw machines allow us to produce pieces up to 2 5/8" in diameter.

We operate Swiss CNC machines that range from a .010" diameter up to 1 1/2" diameter.

We can produce hundreds to thousands of pieces.

Water Jet Machining technology can be used during fabrication or manufacture of parts for machinery and other devices. Water Jet cutters are increasingly being used in a number of industries - from aerospace to mining - for operations such as carving, cutting, reaming, and shaping. Five axis control, cross sections up to 2" in steel and 5" in aluminum. Ideal for non-metallic and super alloys.

Our state of the art CNC punchers can produce stampings that perfectly match your project specifications. Miniature to large parts. Blanking, piercing, bending, draw form, inserting.

We can fabricate steel frames, tanks, and vacuum chambers. Other metals fabricated include: aluminum, stainless steel, & various thick materials.

Large table sizes allow us to cut material up to 1/2" thick.

Sheet metal fabrication services include: forming up to 10' x 200 tons, and shearing up to 10' (11 gauge). Panels, cabinets, cages, enclosures.

Welding services include: ARC welding, MIG welding, spot welding, stud welding, TIG welding, & brazing.

Burke Enterprises, Inc. operates a computer numeric control 5 axis submerged wire EDM machine. Wire EDM is a cutting operation using electrically charged brass to burn through material producing an extremely accurate cut and finish.

Our large array of metal finishing services include: bead blasting, painting, polishing, powder coating, silk screening, speed sanding, stroke sanding, zinc, anodizing, phosphate, black oxide, passivating, heat treat, engraving, & numerous coating applications.
